Jeff Montgomery
Founder and Chairman of GMT Communications Partners

Jeff is the Founder and Chairman of GMT Communications Partners, the longest established private equity investment firm focused on the European information, communications, media and entertainment industries. GMT has raised and successfully invested over US$1 billion since its inception in 1993.

In addition, Jeff is on the Board of Trustees of The Hawn Foundation, a neuroscience-based program founded by actress Goldie Hawn that teaches mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques to children aged 5-12 as well as their parents and teachers; Finding Rhythms, a music mentoring and production technology project that helps talented UK prison inmates find a new path; and The London Buddhist Society, the oldest Buddhist organization in the UK.

Jeff has an MBA from the Wharton School, a Master's degree in International Studies from the School of Arts and Science, both at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Fellow of The Joseph H. Lauder Institute for International Studies.
