what we do

We Are Family Foundation amplifies the world’s most influential, creative young people who are positively affecting our planet to power their work and ideas forward.

We do this with our sought after global youth initiatives, integrated partnerships with influential brands and by fostering collaboration among our community with game-changing networking opportunities and purposeful events. We drive the global narrative that young people today are the most powerful generation yet, creating positive and historical change.

We believe in today’s young people. We believe in their power, vision and drive to make an impact. We believe it because time and time again, we’ve seen it with our own eyes. We’ve lived it. We’ve been part of it.

It's why we get out of bed in the morning. It’s why we don’t call what we do "work".

Three Dot Dash is our yearlong social accelerator. Each year, we select 30 teens from around the world who are actively solving a pressing global issue. We bring them to New York City for our weeklong Summit where they learn valuable skills from prominent speakers such as Brandon Stanton (Humans of New York) and Jason Russell (Invisible Children), and individually match them with an expert in the field of their work to Mentor them for one year including Nelson Mandela’s grandson, Kweku, the first prosecutor of the ICC Luis Moreno Ocampo, Artist Ross Bleckner, heads from google, Facebook, Palantir and more. In 8 years, our 240 Global Teen Leaders now represent 52 countries. They’re reducing cyber-bulling by 93%. Increasing crop yields by 74%. Delivering vaccines to remote villages worldwide. Providing clean water and increasing Internet access across the African continent. Invented an early detection test for pancreatic cancer…. and that’s only a few of them. They’re changing history and creating our future. And they are unstoppable.
