Nicolas Mirzayantz
Group President, Fragrances, International Flavors & Fragrances, IFF

Nicolas Mirzayantz has led the Fragrance Business Unit of IFF since January 2007. In this role, he is responsible for global strategy, commercial and creative execution, people development, and profit-and-loss in the Fragrances Business Unit. His passion for his work, fragrance, people and IFF has led him to a series of increasingly senior roles since joining the company’s Creative Center in 1988. Mr. Mirzayantz currently serves as a board member for the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), the official representative body of the fragrance industry worldwide. He also serves as Vice Chair, Industry Advisory Board, for the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Master's Program, a think-tank for leadership in the beauty industry. A lifelong champion of the visual and performing arts, Mr. Mirzayantz lives in New York City with his wife Alexandra and their two sons.
