Lara Stein
Chief Engagement Officer, Wondros

Lara Stein is currently Chief Engagement Officer at Wondros where she develops strategy and thought leadership around community engagement, exponential organization and leveraging the crowd to scale. Stein is also acting as interim Executive Director of a new institute-wide organization at MIT dedicated to developing a global educational platform for displaced populations and refugees. Stein is on the board, and Interim Executive Director of Women’s March Global, where she is directing their global expansion strategy and platform. Stein also currently sits on the board of Lalela, a non-profit dedicated to education through art in Africa.

Recently, Ms. Stein was the Managing Director of Singularity University’s community, global expansion and implementation strategy. Prior to her time at Singularity, Ms. Stein was the founder and director of the TEDx program at the TED Conferences.
