Tamara N. Houston is the Founder and CEO of ICON MANN and Roundtable Entertainment, overseeing the entertainment brand strategy and career development of award-winning actors, screenwriters and producers.

Before founding ICON MANN/Roundtable (at Sanctuary), Tamara served as the Director of Film and Television for the Sanctuary Music Group. There, Tamara set the division's strategic direction, developed projects and managed the company's portfolio of multi-platinum selling music artists seeking to leverage their music equity on-camera and behind the scenes. During her tenure with legendary agent Nicole David in The William Morris Agency (WMA) Motion Picture Talent Division, Tamara acquired and developed her knowledge of talent identification and entertainment packaging. The negotiating skills that she acquired coupled with her tenacity, have been critical to her success in a fast-moving and fiercely competitive industry. The firm foundation acquired at WMA empowered her to eventually strike out on her own.

Earlier in her career, style Iconoclast designer Betsy Johnson, and her business partner Chantal Bacon, offered Tamara her first post-collegiate position-in design lending her talents to the Ready to Wear, Ultra and Runway collections. Betsy and Chantal taught Tamara the female rules of engagement-that opportunity is created, never awaited. And it was within the walls of Betsy's Seventh Avenue Garment District showroom where Tamara's love of fashion, product development and business were first-and forever-united.
