David R. Mashaal is the managing member of Mashaal & Associates PLLC, a full service transactional law firm based in Manhattan. He was previously associated with the law firms of Morrison, Cohen, Singer & Weinstein LLP and Rubin, Baum, Levin, Constant & Friedman. He has represented clients in a wide range of complex corporate and real estate transactions as well as musicians, record labels, and management companies with respect to their entertainment and intellectual property matters.
