Tod Martin is President and CEO of Unboundary, a consulting firm that helps leaders who want their companies to make a difference in the world. Unboundary is unique in its ability to marry strategic consulting with the creativity of a design studio, helping ensure that a company becomes what the world expects of it. Clients include Accenture, FedEx, IBM, Interface, Johnson & Johnson, Schwab, The Coca-Cola Company and We Are Family Foundation. The firm is headquartered in Atlanta with an office in New York. Tod helped found the firm in 1988, became a partner in 1994, and sole owner in 1999. Previously, Tod was SVP, Account Director at BBDO Worldwide.
