Chef Joe DiMaggio Jr. is the CEO/Founder of SA ZA Serious Pizza, Restaurant Innovations & Blazing Foods LLC, and has over 28 years in the hospitality industry with most of his experience in the high-quality sector of the restaurant field. Joe studied under acclaimed Chef and Michelin Recipient, Jacques Maximin, at the Hotel Negresco in Nice, France. He has acted as spokesperson for the Florida Department of Citrus and has received over 500 write-ups in publications across the world. Other notables include many television appearances and cooking for numerous A-list celebrities. Additionally, his restaurant in Toronto, The Wet Paint Café, received over 90 articles in the first 60 days of opening and became "the place to be seen." He has an attitude that inspires, and a focus and work ethic that translate into great culinary representations.
