Albert H. Konetzni Jr.
Vice Admiral (Ret.), VP, Oceaneering International Inc

Vice Admiral Konetzni has had a long and distinguished career in the U.S. Navy since his graduation from the Naval Academy in 1966. Konetzni, a career nuclear submariner, was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal twice by the Navy and once by the U.S. Coast Guard. As a result of his mentoring and people skills, he is affectionately referred to as “Big Al the Sailor’s Pal” by generations of sailors. Al is a Vice President for Oceaneering International, Inc. and currently directs Strategic Business Programs and Marine Services in Chesapeake, Virginia.
